Make MaxBytesPerDayMember and MaxBytesPerWeekMember configurable

    Hi, I see that the values for MaxBytesPerDayMember, MaxBytesPerWeekMember, MaxBytesPerDayStaff and MaxBytesPerWeekStaff are currently hard coded. It would be desirable to expose these variables and make them configurable, either in app conf or in the admin section. Thank you!

        I just noticed your comment in the code "Later: make configurable in the admin section. But there should be some fix upper limits?" :)

          Ok yest I agree (as you noticed in my comment :- )). I'll try to remember to include in the next release, later this week probably. And probably in the app server config file, for a start.
