Disable chat icon, especially on mobile

I agree it does. I've removed it now. Actually, it was visible only to you and other staff members, not to "normal" members. Still, it has caused confusion in the past, when other admins (for other communities) thought it was visible to everyone. And not many people make use of it anyway. And it's a bit distracting for me to have discussions at two places (both at Drift-the-chat-app, and here in the forum). So feels better to remove it.
