How to upgrade from a trial to paid account?

    I created the "free trial version" of my forum, but now can't seem to find any place to upgrade to a paid account.

    @KajMagnus could you add some info on how to upgrade to a paid account?

      Hi Mr Nobody, thanks for asking :- )   you'll get an email after between 1 and 3 months after signing up. There's nothing you need to do (except for checking the email inbox sometimes but I guess you do anyway).
