Bookmarks

To bookmarks posts one wants to bookmark, so they get bookmarked (with bookmarks).

It'd be nice with different types of bookmarks, because sometimes one want to find only "I should do this now" bookmarks, and not see all one's 999 "Nice-to-read-later" bookmarks.

Should also add a Load-more button to the my-notifications page — the lack of Load-More here, is why someone came to miss bookmarks.
