Bookmarks have been implemented, but they're feature-toggle disabled, because first I'd like to rewrite some bookmarks API endpoints to reduce the risk for bugs.

Later: It'd be nice with different types of bookmarks, because sometimes one wants to find only "I should do this now" bookmarks, and not see all one's 999 "Nice-to-read-later" bookmarks.

Should also add a Load-more button to the my-notifications page — the lack of Load-More here, is why someone came to miss bookmarks.
