Can't scroll down in one's notification list, on iOS

The browsers on iOS are buggy: Can't scroll down in one's username menu to view all one's notifications. In an emulator, works fine — but on a real iOS device: no, bug. (At least about a year ago.)

Work around by making the notification list shorter if it's iOS? And, by implementing pagination on the show-all-my-notifications list page.
